Problem

The HMI has errors and displays no data.

Cause

Communication from the PLC to the HMI is broken.

Solution

  1. Check to see if cables are connected and lights on devices are active.
  2. Check power to network switches (if applicable).
  3. Check to see if PLC is in RUN and not in FAULT mode.
